Patient Information
At our veterinary hospital, we have been providing Farmington Hills with high quality and compassionate care since 1990. We are dedicated to our patients and their loving owners, backed by a passion for pets and a commitment to building relationships in our community.
What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
If you know what to expect at your first appointment with us, you and your pet will have a much more pleasant and seamless experience.
Get Settled
Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so you have time to fill out our New Patients Form. If you want to save some time, you can also complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's medical history with you and discuss any health issues they may be having. You will also have a chance to ask any questions you might have, and we will be sure to dedicate time to providing you with an answer.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After assessing your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis, if we have detected any issues, as well as your cat or dog's treatment options. Your vet will work with you to sort out the best treatment plan for you and your pet.
After your visit, we will create a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand for whenever you need it.
Our Pet Care Philosophy
We are proud to provide high quality and efficient services with a smile to pets and their owners in the Farmington Hills area. Pets are family, and we strive to give each four-legged family member we treat with all of the care and compassion they deserve.
We are passionate about building relationships with all of our clients and working together to provide advanced preventative and surgical veterinary care to each of our patients.
